We are a progressive legal practice based in the village of Lucan in West Dublin with over thirty years experience.

Declan graduated with a BCL Degree from University College Cork. He gained considerable commercial experience working with Goldman Sachs International in London for three years. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 1992, Declan was awarded the Findlater Scholarship by the Law Society of Ireland as a commendation for his excellent overall performance. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Commercial Law LL.M. (Hons) from University College Dublin in 1994. He also holds a Certificate in the Legal Regulation of Corporate Finance from University College Dublin. Declan established his own practice in 1997 and was appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths by the President of the High Court in 1999. He is a practising Notary Public, appointed by the Chief Justice and President of the Supreme Court of Ireland and holds a Diploma in Notarial Law and practice.
